Features: Strong straw yellow, the nose recalls the crust of bread and ripe fruit, like apple, with a slight floral tone.
The refined perlage is fine and persistent.
Pairings: Thanks to its distinctive personality, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to important fishes and
white meats, but also an entire meal.
Origin: Historical vineyards of the Mani Sagge Estate in Conegliano Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG
Type: Brut
Service temperature: 7 – 9° C
Harvest: 15 September – 10 October.
Grapes: Glera (Prosecco) 100%
Vinification: Soft pressing with the help of pneumatic presses, clarification and finally fermentation at a
controlled temperature with the use of selected yeasts.
Foam trap: Charmat method
Alcohol: 11,5 % Vol.
Residual sugars: 7 g/L
– Fenice Millesimato Extra Dry / Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Features: The wine has a pale straw yellow colour. The nose is complex and elegant, with tones of peach and apricot
and a citrus sensation as an accompaniment.
In the mouth it is dry, persistent with good acidity. The refined perlage is fine and persistent.
Pairings: Ideal companion for aperitifs, appetizers and desserts. It is perfect to accompany preparations in balance
between sweet and salty.
