Features
Strong straw yellow, the nose recalls the crust of bread and ripe fruit, like apple, with a slight floral tone. The refined perlage is fine and persistent.

Pairings
Thanks to its distinctive personality, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to important fishes and white meats, but also an entire meal.

Vinification
Soft pressing with the help of pneumatic presses, clarification and finally fermentation at a controlled temperature with the use of selected yeasts.

The elderflower rive 'cordial'

INGREDIENTS


– Fenice Rive Di Manzana Brut Prosecco
Superiore DOCG
– Elderflower liqueur – we used St. Germain

INSTRUCTIONS


Take a flute and add around 10ml of elderflower liqueur, top up the glass with Fenice Rive Di Manzana – that’s it, you’re good to go!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 oz. Chambord
– 6 oz. Prosecco Fenice Rive Di Manzana Brut
(chilled, more or less to fill glass)

Optional Garnish: fresh raspberries or strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Gather the ingredients

Pour the Chambord into a champagne flute.
Fill with chilled prosecco Fenice Rive Di Manzana
Brut.

Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

– 3 ounces Gin
– 1 ounce lime juice
– 1 ounce Elderflower liquor
– 5 ounces Prosecco Fenice Rive Di Manzana Brut

Optional Garnish: Fresh petals or strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, combine 3 oz. gin, 1 oz. lime
juice, and 1 oz. elderflower liquor.

Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain cocktail over ice in a cocktail glass.
Top with 5 oz. Prosecco.

Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 strawberry
– 3/4 ounce lemon juice (fresh)
– 1/4 ounce simple syrup
– 1 ounce elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
– 2 ounces vodka or gin
– 3 ounces Prosecco Fenice Rive Di Manzana Brut

Optional Garnish: strawberry and mint sprigs

INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle the strawberry, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice, the St. Germain and vodka (or gin), and
shake well.
Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry.

Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

– 2 pieces pineapple (fresh)
– 1/2 ounce orange liqueur (Cointreau)
– 1 ounce vodka
– 1 ounce pineapple juice
– 1 ounce Prosecco Fenice Rive Di Manzana Brut

Optional Garnish: maraschnio cherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the
bottom of a mixing glass.

Add the vodka and pineapple juice and stir well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with Prosecco.
Garnish with the maraschino cherry.

Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ounce raspberry vodka
– 2 ounces mango nectar
– 1 ounce Prosecco Fenice Rive Di Manzana Brut
– Garnish: mango slice, black raspberry

Optional Garnish: fresh raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Gather the ingredients.

In a cocktail shaker, shake the vodka and mango
nectar with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Top with Prosecco Fenice Rive Di Manzana Brut.
Garnish with a mango slice and a black raspberry.

Serve and enjoy!
